Ten sectors. One procurement problem in common.
Every sector we work with has its own standards, certifications, and time pressures — but the underlying problem is the same: finding a verified component fast, whether that’s a routine order or an urgent one. The sectors below reflect where we spend most of our sourcing effort; if yours isn’t listed, the approach is the same.

What actually changes between sectors
The component categories overlap more than people expect — a terminal block is a terminal block. What changes between sectors is the evidence you need alongside the part, and how fast a shortage turns into lost production.
- Offshore oil & gas, petrochemical and subsea — hazardous area certification matched to the area classification: zone, gas group, temperature class and protection concept, with the certificate retained for the life of the asset.
- Offshore wind and marine — corrosion, immersion and vibration ratings, classification society approval where the installation demands it, and vessel or weather windows that make lead time the binding constraint rather than price.
- Energy & power — switchgear and protection selected on short-circuit rating and discrimination, on assets with service lives long enough that obsolescence is a routine problem rather than an exception.
- Manufacturing, automation and industrial engineering — control system obsolescence against the cost of downtime. The question is usually how quickly a discontinued drive, PLC or HMI can be matched, repaired or superseded.
- MRO and maintenance — breadth rather than depth: long lists of low-value lines across many manufacturers, consolidated into one quotation and one delivery.
Two things carry across all of them. The specification is verified before anything ships, and the documentation arrives with the goods rather than being chased afterwards.
