URGENT SUPPLY
Urgent & Emergency Supply
Can’t find it. Can’t wait. Send it to us.
A machine is down and the part that would fix it stopped being made years ago. A delivery has arrived with the wrong spec. A critical spare has failed with no replacement on the shelf. This is the page for that moment — send us what you have and we’ll start sourcing immediately.
What to send us
A part number if you have one. If you don’t, a photo of the nameplate, the old part itself, a drawing, or just a description of what it does and where it fits. The less certain you are, the more useful detail helps — send what you’ve got and we’ll work with it.
How we handle urgent requirements
An urgent requirement gets worked as a priority — we run sourcing options in parallel rather than one at a time, and we’ll tell you plainly what’s realistic once we know what’s involved. We won’t promise a delivery time before we’ve actually confirmed one; what we will do is keep you updated as options come back.
Obsolete and discontinued components
A large share of urgent requests aren’t urgent because the part is exotic — they’re urgent because it stopped being made. Obsolete and discontinued components are a specialism, not an exception: surplus stock, secondary markets and approved-equivalent options are all part of how we approach a part nobody else can find.
Have an urgent requirement right now?
Don’t wait for the perfect description. Send us what you have and we’ll take it from there.
